Rob Hudson undertook a renovation for us and breathed new life into a very dated home. There were finicky bits and pieces but Rob project-managed the reno with an enthusiastic, professional and very friendly approach. We feel very fortunate to have met Rob. <strong>An outstanding builder and team!</strong> My husband and I decided to build and met with 3 builders including Rob from Hudson’s Building Services. Being newbies to the house building business, we had trepidation after reading the many horror stories online of businesses that had gone bankrupt. However after our first meeting, Rob was able to allay our fears. We were pleasantly surprised with our fixed quote price and it fitted within our budget. The contract was clear, concise and any questions we did have were explained in detail. Rob’s tradesmen were phenomenal, probably due to his high expectations. He also has a keen eye for detail and was always saying ‘have you thought of’, especially if it could enhance the look or function’? He never at any point pushed his opinion and more importantly was a great listener and collaborator. Rob has closely overseen our entire house project and done an outstanding job. Unbeknown to us at the time, we received a special gesture, our internal kitchen and pantry doors were upgraded at his expense knowing they would complete the look we were after. He continues to check in with us, to ensure everything is running smoothly, that’s brilliant service in our book.
